Entries for 2014 Spring Parade Of Homes

Prime Development is proud to announce there will be 18 homes from four of our Communities entered in the Spring Parade of Homes.  Make sure to stop by the community sales offices to say hello, and ask for your copy of the Parade booklets.

For this year’s Spring Parade of Homes, Canyon Creek has entered nine homes for judging.  Home builders entered are, James Engle Custom Homes, Lambie Custom Homes, Roeser Homes, New Mark Homes, Todd Hill Homes, C&M Builders, and Summit Custom Homes.

Last year, three of the model builders at Canyon Creek received 2013 American Dream Awards from the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City for their model homes at Canyon Creek:

Canyon Creek has recently opened up 40 new home sites backing to lake, trees, and greenspace.  Customer interest and enthusiasm has been amazing, with lot reservations and home sales increasing more and more as home buyers discover what Canyon Creek has to offer.  In response to the high demand of Canyon Creek’s new phase, there will be an additional 40 lots available in late spring.  In addition to the new lots, Canyon Creek has a large supply of inventory able to meet your 30-60-90 day needs.  Debbie and MaraDona will be in the office throughout the Parade to answer any questions, feel free to stop in and say hello.

Polo Fields, in southern Overland Park, has entered five homes for judging.  If you haven’t had a chance to drive down and take a look at the community, it is a must!  With a limited supply of lots in southern Overland Park, it isn’t hard to believe that people are quick to act on this opportunity.  There is a brand new (opened this week) three-home model row showcasing stunning new designs from James Engle Custom Homes, Roeser Homes, and Bickimer Construction, all three are entered in for judging.  In addition to the model homes being entered, Calyn Homes has their home entered, as well as an additional home from Roeser Homes.  Come check out the entries and great selection of inventory, Dennis and Stephanie will be more than happy to answer any questions.
