Born and raised in a family of real estate agents, brokers and developers, Randi Platko has a strong foundation for buying and selling homes. 

Randi was a high school Calculus and Geometry teacher for 13 years, earning her Masters Degree and Doctorate in Education from The University of Kansas.  Simultaneously, she maintained a vested interest in real estate as a property manager and home remodeler, with her husband Nicholas.

Two kids and three rental properties later, Platko received her real estate license in 2018 and has experience in home re-sales, new construction sales, and commercial real estate.  She currently specializes in selling new maintenance-provided villas at Crestwood Village located in the heart of bustling Olathe, Kansas.

Randi offers a service-based approach to real estate.  She will listen carefully to understand the criteria of each client.  Her organization and attention to detail are key components to successful transactions.  Running a home remodeling and rental property business has allowed Randi to understand the wants and desires of the modern home owner and how any property can be altered to achieve those cutting-edge details.

Cooper Patterson

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family with a background in new home construction, Cooper has been immersed in the home buying and selling process since he was a child. Cooper is a recent graduate from the Business School at Kansas State University. While in college, he decided to also further his interests in real estate by joining a team in Manhattan, KS. Balancing both school and work, he developed a firm understanding as to how the resale home market operates. After teaching music for over 30 years, Scot obtained his real estate licensure in Kansas and Missouri in 2019. He has lived in Johnson County for 30 years, gaining an in-depth understanding of the local communities, neighborhoods, and real estate market trends in the area. Growing up on a family farm in Kansas, he also has a unique perspective in dealing with acreage and rural properties.

Cheyenne brings 10+ years of experience in the tech industry, including SAAS (Software as a Service), software development, telecommunications, executive management, and consumer electronics. Cheyenne has a Masters Degree in Environmental Assessment and a post-degree certification in Data Analytics from the University of Kansas. Her professional experience also includes international cooperation abroad in South Korea, where she learned to speak fluent Korean.

As Cheyenne progressed in her corporate career, she earned her real estate certification as a NAR Realtor®, licensed in Kansas and Missouri in 2019. Through her personal experience in new construction as a buyer, she learned how to read construction blueprints and developed an understanding of the new construction process. She has also utilized her real estate experience to help other clients navigate the new home sale process. As of today, Cheyenne works with clients as local as the KC Metro and represents clients from other nations.
