This project is currently under design and scheduled for construction in 2022. Only the necessary right-of-way will be required of the developer.

The City is also hoping (not yet approved) to extend a water main north along Sunset Lane to serve the Hawk Ridge Park area to the west, which would also serve the Madison Creek undeveloped area.
